The treatment has been very good and I will mention two nurses that went above and beyond Faith and Yamini but everything in general has been fantastic.

No windows or fresh air- not everybody likes or wants stuffs hot hospital/wards/rooms breathing in other peoples germs to take home with them making them!!
When asked to turn off or down told it can’t be done sorry. Not good enough.

Centralized Aircon not good or ok makes people ill too hot having and spreading germs around and dirt and dust making people cough including patients and staff, making eyes lips sore and dry and math and throat dry also and headaches.

Overall the service was good. The midwives and doctors were really kind and supportive. Provide excellent care to me and my son.

Receive updates more quickly, sometimes had to choose the midwife/doctor.

As a patient I received great care at all of antenatal and postnatal care unit especially the treatment protocols I got at QHR during the birth process was great and the postnatal call here is great that. The reason even after the change in my address I didn’t change any of my hospital.
Suggested improvements
Every service here is much better and everyone involved in patients care is well behaved and well equipped. Thanks to the whole team we are really pleased by the services provided thank you.
