Care was good. Disappointment was first patient to arrive at unit but was the last to be seen, how they time patients failed to understand. This needs to be looked into, should be first come first serve or they should put time frame on letters.

I should wait and we if after the intervention I feel better and there I can give a people feedback.
In terms of team, I feel like the junior doctor should consider in painful attention to what patients has to say and be a bit friendly and optimistic and not to highlight the only.
