My care was excellent. The ambulance crew made me feel at ease. they also arrived within one hour. The various doctors and nurses really cared about here, I felt at that time. everybody I met was friendly and efficient. They cannot be improved, they are already on the top!

Doctors and nurses were very kind, I felt very looked after. Doctor came and spoke to me after about the findings of the colonoscopy test in a friendly tone and told me I would soon be referred. Tea and biscuit after was a nice treat as I was very thirsty, this helped me feel better. Staff kept asking about well being which was kind. Thank you :-)

I was very satisfied with the care I received today.
just one observation made whilst in the unit. The cleaning staff did not wear gloves when emptying bins and picking up things off the floor and she was involved in making tea/coffee for patients.
