Nurses were friendly and kept us informed. Would have preferred to have been told to come to the hospital later as arrived at 12.15 but not taken to theater until 4 pm, which caused elderly mother to get a bit wound up!

The nurses were caring and understanding.
The MRC ward took a day and a half to organize an echo-cardiogram.
