Doctor did not speak to patient but spoke to me (Carer/family member) about diagnosis/care. When patient spoke directly to doctor he looked at me to repeat question.
One senior nurse very caring, others doing their job.
Reception staff again do their job but don't seem to enjoy what they are doing.
Not particularly on this appointment but on other visits to the hospital we have found some reception staff indifferent and unhelpful.
