Staff were comforting, informative and friendly. I felt at ease during my time spent in the ward.
Thank you to everyone.
The porters were friendly and they're joking helped calm me before and after my GP! Thank you.
I was awake for my Grammet procedure and felt comfortable and at ease at all times.
Thank you to you all. Keep up your amazing hard work.

I was looked after very well especially the kindness shown by Caroline. We seem to hear only bad reports of Queens Hos but on the 2 occasions I have been admitted it has only been good. Thank you.

The personal attention from all the ward nurses and staff.

I was extremely happy with all aspects of care. Sadly, communication failure happens all the time on all aspects of life, and I did experience this with regard to a member of the medical team, sadly. Presumably we can both recognize this was due to failing on both sided, as communication is always a two way phenomenon. Tricky!!!
