I am a coeliac patient. The menu for gluten free is just like pig swill. This needs urgently looking into. Sister on Ocean B put in a complaint I can't help being a coeliac patient. Meals have to change. Main, starters and afters.

Angela, Tilly, Sophia very brilliant nurses.
If you would raise them up they will be very brilliant nurses and patient will be safe in their hands.
