-Nurses very helpful and friendly.
-Waiting time is too long, especially when you are in so much pain.
-Should change the seats in waiting room to comfortable seats.
-Junior doctor (evening shift) put the cannula in wrong, the fluids went into the tissue and caused swelling in my arm.
-Food needs to be improved.

The nurses were very helpful and I didn't have to wait around to be seen by them. The wait for the bed is what I think could be improved but overall good service.

Some nurses were nice and polite which is helpful. What could be improved is the inconsistent level of care between nurses. Some complete all checks while others only complete some. Also it could be better if the patient is updated regularly about their care. Also doctors take too long!

Everybody was helpful.
