While most of the staff were kind, caring. There were a couple of exceptions. Very confusing and conflicting information. Quite disconcerting from the doctors team.

Everywhere was good about my care. Nothing can be improved.

Agency staff- some were very good. Some very poor did not feel safe.
Substantive ward staff. Hardworking , caring. Made me feel safe and looked after.
