V. good care. Friendly staff good communication on aftercare and care post OP 48 hrs. Staff were very kind this includes consultant anesthetist.

The processes in SAV are not working from referral to follow up.
Patients are left waiting for hours and hours and at the end go home after not seeing and get told to come tomorrow. I have waited here from 4-9 hrs or 4 + occasions in organizing pain why?
