Nurse in charge was rude. Tried to tell me my appointment was later obviously didn't read my appointment time! Waited nearly an hour after my appointment to be seen! Not happy.

Nurses very polite and doctor once seem very helpful. Timelines of seeing original consultant/doctor allocated was poor scheduled. Appointment with Mr Gujral was 9:20 am but was already 25 mins late at 9:20 am. Saw another doctor at 10:10 am, nearly 50 minutes late. Nurses explained Mr Gujral was late attending. This is very poor and results in congestion in waiting room, which was appalling and lost/impact on car parking is considerably worse, particularly as there is a lack of parking places and cost already high.

Been looked after good enough and my needs have been seen. It could be improved by nurses trying to understand the patients cultural background (religious etc) needs too.

The surgical team were the best I have encountered. I was kept up to date on what was happening, and they did everything they could to avoid surgery for which I am extremely grateful. Nurses and ward staff were friendly and helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. Only downside was no trolley available when I first came in which I really needed but this is a hospital criticism not a med criticism.
