Was brought in by ambulance so was seen straight away for tests, CXR bloods, ecg. Had to wait over 1 hour though to see a doctor.

The receptionist that I saw was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Very quick service and I was told exactly what was going on and what was going to happen! Thank you for your kindness!!!

Nurses caring, can't leave patients in pain, can't be able to lay down until accessed 4 hours later!! Not explained how long wait were in queue, nurses good but nothing explained unless you ask.

Nurses and doctors all polite and kind. Reception staff efficient but not so very caring. Understand there are many people waiting to be seen but been here 6 and a half hours, with 2 of those waiting for a bed on the ward, and still waiting. However, as I said the doctors and nurses have treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you all so much.

More information on potential waiting times would have been valuable as I am a carer for disabled person, and have no family on whom to call for help.
