Alina Gorsra was the one who gave my sister life and baby as well, she was really very helpful and cooperative. She communicate everything very well. Other member of staff Eleonora Ciuffoni and Maria Orinma also looked after us very well. The staff were experienced and we felt safe in their hands. Many thanks.
Angela is superb midwife.
She treated me very nice and professional in her field. I cannot ask for anything else but to say a big thank you to all the staffs, starting, from the Dr to the least in the ward. Around on plause to Queen hospital staff. Well done job.
The staff who were on night shift on 5/6/16 and the day staff Danielle and student midwife Rhiannon were just simply excellent, caring, patient calm, kind and very professional ward layout is just clean.
The midwives were attentive and supportive. Always reassuring the mother, and making decisions based on her best interest. The room was a bit 'clinical' and was a little on the small side. We had to go labour ward despite our consultant signing us off for the birth centre. Our gestational diabetes was barely there, so the CTG was excessive and restricted the mother's movement, especially when she wanted to stand up as it was more comfortable for he.
-Very helpful. Ability to explain each steps required and determinal methods should it be required.
-Making us feel looked after and relaxed during stressful and worrying situations.
Improved
Food - not very tasty.
Everybody was okay with me except one Nigerian lady at the ground floor. She was very rude. She did extra lessons. Thank you. Staff at L3 were very friendly and caring. (Birth-center).
The staff seemed to be very caring.
Staff excellent but obviously working under pressure - but maintained a cheerful attitude despite this.
Excellent, friendly and very warm service. Extremely helpful nursing staff. Effective and well informed.
Was brought in by ambulance so was seen straight away for tests, CXR bloods, ecg. Had to wait over 1 hour though to see a doctor.
