Everything went smoothly apart from the waiting time (it took us nearly 2.5 hours to be seen by doctor), otherwise fine. As of the waiting time, I wouldn't think that it was the hospital's fault. it might be due to the shortage of doctors or the pressure of NHS staff.

Doctor was friendly and out me at ease, tests were conducted in a vigorous but not daunting manner.
