A very good experience throughout (including pre assessment).
Just one slight problem - at the pre assessment. Perhaps blood samples/tests could be taken at the same time as the MRSA swabs as I had problems with queueing and early closure (1545 on 31/5/16) on the ground floor.

Great care by all the team who demonstrated a caring and professional approach to needs based care and patient involvement. This is our second visit to this unit in as many months and it is clear that your staff embrace the"pride" initiative and act accordingly. They are all so kind.

Felt cared for.
Operation was explained well after care good.
All questions answered and medication explained. All staff patient and informative.
