Everyone had warned me that postnatal and getting discharged if often and nightmare in hospital they try not been my experience at Queens.
During the night whenever I pressed bottle (which was often I'd had a C-section). Someone one promptly and very helpful and understanding.
Discharge was also a good experience a day earlier than expected and didn't take that long. Only thing to be improved is food being wasted by ordered people go shone.

Only the thing that could be improved is communication between night and day shift. Everything else was brilliant, we felt very welcome.

I was mainly looked after by Linda on the labor ward and Joanne on post natal ward. Both midwives took very good care of me and I trusted them completely. I was not treated badly by anyone involved in my labor everyone was fantastic!

Nicola and Christina both midwife was both very helpful and gave me great advice as was my first baby. They always keeped me up to date.

Midwives were amazing! Nothing needs improving if they continue the passion and care they gave me.

The staff are exceptionally wonderful. They are like miracle workers, very professional and always willing to the extra mile. The nurses/midwives especially Sarah, Anne and Rita. Were compassionate, kind and caring. Thank you all.

I tell my friends labour ward staff are very friendly. I very happy I am not complaining, labour ward everything was OK.
