Labour ward, at 20:20 hrs. 12/5/16 staff/midwife (Toyin) feedback. My needs were met at the appropriate time. She is friendly, caring and professional because of her observation and assessment of my condition after delivery. She knew the right time to call for help to prevent complications from blood loss, which led to me being taken to the theatre for further investigation. She was reassuring me at every stage.
