Communication, which meant a clear understanding of what was going on. Hospitality in terms of provision of food or adequate instruction to make provisions by oneself as I was really hungry at the time.

I found the staff, very understanding and patient.
Made me feel at ease. I don't think I would change anything about it. This is my second time on this ward. My second visit was 100% better than the first visit.
