Good - Mark Sherdy was very clear in his explanation of the process here in the ambulatory care unit and what would happen in moving forward.
The nurses have been attentive and are professional in the service they deliver.
Improvement. There appears to be a network of departments that don't communicate as effectively and efficiently as they could. Improving the communication systems could decrease waiting times for patients.
