Good.
Knowledge oplitralmologist spoke and explained clearly.
Needs improvement.
-Waiting times! I have waited up to an hour before I am even called in!
-Nurse cannot speak English properly and do not call names clearly.
-Too many patients waiting; poor time management.
-Nurse does not smile or maintain eye contact.
