Caring and helpful doctors and nurses.
However the porter forgot about me and left me in a whee chair outside an examination room in a different part of the hospital.

Staff are efficient and friendly. Everything is explained clearly. Procedures are carried out with dignity and respect. I'm very impressed with the pressure sore checks. This was being discussed 15 years ago and we're finally there!
