Absolutely amazing care again (second baby)! Will never be able to put into words how grateful we were for the safe delivery of our baby boy. Midwives were professional, caring, kind.

Laura was amazing, very supportive and informative at all times. Such a pleasure to have! All the staff at the ward worked very well together and coordinated well. Antenatal ward horrible.

I am the patients family member. I was looked after by Kathy as well as my daughter too. I was in the waiting area, the staff could Kathy was very helpfully, she had given us tea and toast.

All staff professional and caring. Room was kept clean. Regular refreshments for patients.
Long wait to be transferred to labor ward, difficult when feeling anxious.

Good: everyone (Doctor, nurse, midwife, cleaner, student were so kind, speak with respect, have to listen to me and try to understand what I want and try to satisfy me.
Improved: the room is to no.

The ward staff have been amazing, I could honestly say they have cared for me very well. Just a shame the doctor wasn't more compassionate with regards to my personal situation and more forthcoming with help to resolve it.
