All of the staff that we saw when my daughter was having her baby were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Their bedside manner was second to more and special mention should be made of Hayley the midwife that delivered my grandson who was absolutely brilliant.

We had 5 midwives and all of them couldn't do enough to make me and my partner as comfortable as possible. Some thing I would want improvement is the quality of food.

I was impressed and pleased of every minute being under your care. Starting from 1st day of my appointment with midwife till baby's delivery. Want to bring special thanks for my midwife who helped me and assisted. Also to my 2 midwives who helped me Ann and her assistant.

Having 5 children at queens I can never fault the labor ward and after care ward. The midwifes do a fantastic job.

Midwifes are extremely friendly and make you feel at ease.
I had a very difficult labor and had lots of help and attention to get me through as easy as possible. I think the amount of care I received was outstanding and never so grateful.

The staff particularly are very lovely and welcoming, making our experience during the stay a wonderful one.
The design of the room could greatly improved, which in time can make labour a more convenient experience for mothers.
The food lack taste with limited variety of choice (have no black or Afrocarasian option on the menu for the black race, while I noticed there is a provision for Asian, the question is why?
With this time reason addressed, the labour ward would be an amazing place to deliver.
