I was attended to very quickly, I had a side room which was very nice as I was left alone, but able to ask if needed anything. The staff were all very pleasant and kind and explained every thing to me. Very happy and grateful.

All of the day staff showed great knowledge, care and compassion. Unfortunately one or two of the bank night staff fall well short of the standard set by the other members of staff. Non E.V staff should be prevented from speaking to each other in their own language around patients.
