Brilliant care.
Nothing needs to improved but the staff wages need to.
All staff jolly music made me feel at ease.

Lovely lovely staff told to ask for more sedative or painkiller if I felt I needed it - but they were so gentle, I didn't need it.
I found few nurses, like a good friend they are very caring - understanding my sensitivity and my issues, but unfortunately few of them just behave only like a nurse, even though I told them what ever the issues I raise but they just prefer to do just a work and ignore what patient want so please try to friend everyone equally.
I wish to complain. This is the 3rd time now that my treatment has been extremely delayed on 29/12/16 I came in for a blood transfusion my appointment was for 9 am. I waited until 11 am to be called then my bloods were delayed I was not told why at 16:30 my bloods arrived and I was given until 19:15, when the ward was nearly closed. I spent over 10 hours that day which is to long I am a cancer patient and 85 years old. Again on 9/1/17 I arrived at 9am as I was told on the 6/1/17 when I came in for my xtes by 11am I was not called in, my notes arrived at 15:30.
Very compassionate staff. Well organised.
