What always lets this ward down is the time we wait for the chemo to arrive. Asked to come 10:30 still not started 12:13!! My chemo is a long run so it makes a very long day.

The staff and nurses that were involved in my care were very professional. They were attentive and efficient.
However the pharmacy held up my treatment unfortunately on the occasions my chemotherapy drug was not ready at the allocated time of my appointment which resulted in an extra two hours on the ward. My treatment is already lengthy at five and half hours so it made the day long and exhausting.
