Staff very friendly and reassuring made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
Was quick without too much waiting around.
Improved: on the appointment letter it would be useful to put where CDU is i.e orange G so that I and my husband (who dropped me off and parked the car, then came to find me) would know where to come before hand.

All the sunflower suite do their upmost to be helpful from the start. They are all informative, patient and dedicated. The staff are cheerful friendly and conscientious there is always someone at hand to help or to answer a question. The staff make the whole experience as pleasant as it can be.

Everything is fine so far. Nurses are very caring and respectful.
There isn't much to complain about apart from the "delay in attending to patients."
This could be due to "anything beyond their control." I would like the centre to give us notice before hand. Thanks. :-)

Fantastic care and excellent staff.
