I had no complain whatsoever from day one. I am satisfied with the patronage and can see how things improved to date.

The Hematology team (especially Kate) the Hematology nurse and Michelle (the ward social worker) have been excellent in organizing my man's care and ensuring she has been assessed by the night teams we cannot thank them enough for their kindness.
Suggested improvements
My man felt the room was very airless and there weren't any fans available. Maybe improving the ventilation system somehow?

The care was incredible we felt safe at all times. Communication was very good and clear. All staff were outstanding especially. Tara, Anisa, Jo, Nicole and Lucy. Thank you all so so much.
