Staff member (physiotherapist) was very kind and provided friendly service was very good in explaining treatment plan and showed compassion and empathy to try and make me feel comfortable. Discussed treatment plan every week to see how to reduce symptoms and overall was very happy with the service.

The nurse was very kind and understanding and funny explained they procedure. She was so gentle she made a horrible procedure bearable.
