Because a majority of the nursing staff were fantastic except one agency night nurse who can only be called the nurse from hell.
Suggested improvements
There was a patient with mental health problems on our ward, she should have had one to one nursing, but this protocol was only installed in the morning, and as we were still unhappy because of there aggression they moved here to a secure ward. Which made us feel much happier.
