Had a camera up nose to check for cancer on vocal cords. Experience was very easy with the doctor and nurse. Very friendly manner with both girls. I originally thought I would be put out for the camera in me but no problems with this procedure in future.

All staff were amazing. Everything was explained to me such wonderful staff, made me feel at ease.
Reception was lovely and cool and clean.
The surgeon was extremely kind and sympathetic I felt really comfortable with the whole situation and she also took the time and trouble to come and see me when I had my follow up appointment
The whole team were excellent and I am very appreciative of this.

The professional way it which I was dealt with
Every single person I came into contact with during my visit, from receptionist, to nurses, to X-ray staff, to the doctor, treated me with respect, dignity and kindness. I was told everything I needed to know by the doctor and he answered my questions happily.
It was a totally pleasant experience.
Travelled long distance for appointment having previously had appointments as phone consults I was told this was no longer possible. Attended appointment, clinic was running late and then when I saw the doctor I was told they didn’t have my test results so it was a completely wasted visit. Not only did it waste time for me and my husband who had to take time off work, it also did not consider the stress and anxiety a patient feels before attending an appointment especially when they are waiting for test results. Two weeks later and I still haven’t had the results. This is third or fourth time when my appointments have been a waste because they didn’t have the information/results they needed. And they made me have unnecessary tests. Absolutely appalling.
Because I was pleased with the service I received
This clinic is really well run. It is streamlined from start to finish and I have no doubt about the professional care I received.
Over the last few years I have received a text reminder which was really useful this time however the staff didn’t have time to do this. If you want to avoid patients missing appointments i suggest you correct this small and useful service.
The doctor apologised for the delay there had been - due to staff absence. He gave helpful advice. Thank you very much.
The nurses were more compassionate the. The doctors whom didn’t understand d my existing condition and kept asking me the details and not reading notes
