I a bad condition I had to wait for a bed for 2 nights and a day.

Suggested improvements
Emergency means fast and quick respond. Arriving there we were told 10 hour. Waiting time to be seen.

All the doctors were really nice nursing staff were really nice, friendly and caring especially George and Kosser and the RN who looked after me the first 3 nights was also fabulous.

Discharge is always a slow process when you can’t wait to get home.

All ward staff nurses, porters, cleaners, tea/coffee staff all have treated me with kindness and respect nurses false stood out to me very kind and caring but so were all staff false just goes the extra mile.

Suggested improvements
Too many different doctors, surgeons etc… come to see me but never got someone that would talk slow enough or wait for my questions all too quick to get next patient sometimes I was left shell shocked of what happened.

I had brilliant care- unfortunately the pressure on staff is horrendous! Overstretched policy and procedure inhabit the wonderful care trying to be provided.

Suggested improvements
Lots more staff all round in an ideal world one to one for every patient!!! Dream on.
