Midwife Mayley was very unprofessional. Her communication was poor. She did not introduce herself at the staff of the shift and wanted to discharge me without ever examining me or speaking to me.

When she was informed of her poor behavior. She was unhapoligetic in behaviour and actually refused to have a conversation with me and my advocate.

Doctor was not empathetic at all and unhelpful Yovera (SHO) – This was the doctors name made my experience horrible!

The lady who took care of me was friendly, caring, explaining me everything which was going to take place. I was clearly guided in what I needed to do – both ladies took the time to explaining things about my issue, what I needed to do at home. Great service.

I am very satisfied with my appointment and procedure.

Clinical nurse was super reassuring of the procedure and attentive. Was able to answer all question.

Evening services- I had to call 111 for further information due to vomiting however the clinician provided limited information.
