The sandwich and drink were appreciated.
Friendliness and professionalism of all staff - including the porter and X-ray staff.
To be told 'Dr' is coming v. soon and then to wait 45 min.
Waiting for feedback as to when blood tests etc results.

excellent care was given throughout. Both Dr and nurses were very kind and considerate and very efficient. It would have been appreciated if a separate area was available in A and E when we initially arrived as my daughter is undergoing chemo and her immune system is low.
