Having waited for over 4 hours to be seen, I think it is ridiculous that a patient needing urgent care should be asked to wait that length of time to be seen.

Friendliness and professionalism of all staff - including the porter and X-ray staff.
To be told 'Dr' is coming v. soon and then to wait 45 min.
Waiting for feedback as to when blood tests etc results.
