I wasn't treated with dignity and respect today. I feel very strongly about that. He didn't spoke to me at all only to my partner. Very upset about that. He was very rude. Waited for the appointment 1 hour extra. We love scanDr Armond.

I am very sorry you felt you were not happy with your treatment in children's OPD this visit . Both nursing and medical staff are trained to treat both male and female patients and relatives equitably , I am sorry on this visit you felt we failed to do so . If you visit Queens hospital again please ask the nurse in charge od Children's OPD to speak to the member of staff concerned .

It was quick. We didn't have to wait very long. Dr Mogekwu checked she was correct in her recommendation with Mrs Hawkins the consultant. Mrs H was reassuring. Improve? If there are new development which would help me more I'd like it to be offered to me.
