Staff were all excellent. :-). Jasmine and Kayleigh plus all doctors from A and E to this ward. (Only improvement would be ear plugs as struggle to sleep at all with noises/beeping).

The consultant was very patient and listened to his patient and showed empathy. The waiting time could be improved, however, I do understand that the NHS is going through a lot of cut and which has negative effect on staffing levels.

Brilliant. Everyone was lovely and professional and dealt with my silly worries. Procedure was very quick and everything well explained.

Could not fault nursing staff. Long ]waiting time on admission. Noisy wards at night. No access to fresh air. Ground unit. Food mediocre. Security should be utilised more to evict confrontational individual.
