The nurses were very friendly and helpful and were always polite and available for our assistance. You could improve by having a bigger variety of activities to entertain the children such as more books for reading and more movie to watch.

The early part of my visit, I was taken into a ward and left there for at least 2 hours with no information as to what was happening. Apart from that everything else has been good.

Very caring staff. Ward is very busy and lots of noise but understandably lots of visitors for patients. Light in side rooms could not be turned off - "Very bright light," if this could be dimmed on turned off would be great/economical.

Staff were all excellent. :-). Jasmine and Kayleigh plus all doctors from A and E to this ward. (Only improvement would be ear plugs as struggle to sleep at all with noises/beeping).
