I came to ENT outpatient with pain, but not only was the source not found, I was prescribed antidepressant!!
I also left with infection in my mouth and throat. The reg (Mr Kutcher's) used metal tongue depressor which I believe was contaminated. I ended up on antibiotics which in turn gave me thrush!! All after a simple outpatient appointment.
My suggestions is that you should use only wooden/disposable tongue depressant. Please.

I saw consultant Mr Amir Al-Shammari on 8/5/17. I was not told about the endoscopy exam prior to attending. I was not told what was coming. The room was not prepared the machine was off, the staff failed to communicate what would happen and I left feeling embarrassed and abused! I had been sick, had to ask for a bed whilst being such with a camera down in throat. I was made priority to staff politics and criticism - I don't expect to hear. I was often an out of his prescription.

Efficient, quick and great with my mum as she has dementia. Worrying too much.
