Well, I received the kind of treatment and care that I needed. I always felt that I am in safe hands during all the stages including pre- delivery, delivery and post- delivery.

For me, everything was upto the mask.

Good support care was provided even when staff are stretched.
Everyone was kind and explained queens when asked.
Suggested improvements
There was compassion between treatment and lack of follow-up the service questions were asked by each midwifes or doctor which could have been received in the notes beforehand, instead of going there the same again.

Check people who have said they have contractions instead of saying you don't look like your in pain. You cant be dialated.

I received good care after my c-section but one night when I needed assistance I found the night staff to be rude and in co-operative.

Better response times to the bell.
Better responses from the staff.
Be kept up to date with information.
