The consultant & nursing staff I saw were all friendly, courteous & helpful. The consultant was reassuring about putting me on a waiting list for a hip replacement.

I had to ask how long would I have to wait before Getting an appointment for the procedure.

Mr Gaurav Kumar is an amazing surgeon.
I have no hesitation in recommending him. He has explained everthing in detail before the surgery.
He performed my ear stapedectomy surgery in June, and my hearing is now normal.
I found him a professional, compassionate, caring and skilled surgeon who has greatly helped me to bring back my hearing.
Thanks Dr Gaurav Kumar for a great care. Thanks HNS

The staff in ophthalmology team 2 were wonderful they were kind, helpful, friendly and put my mind at ease considering the procedure I was undergoing.
Suggested improvements
The reception was understaffed so even though I left plenty of time to register it was very slow. But the staff were courteous and apologetic about the delays.
