Staff are brilliant - always cheerful, friendly, helpful and very professional.

Suggested improvements
I feel the only thing need to be to be updated on doctors/surgeon's rounds. Not a big problem as we can ask. I was ready for surgery everyday, having nothing to wat for 14 hours from Monday and did not go down until Friday - very distressing.
