The staffs and the doctors were very nice and kind. I appreciate all their effort.

* Lack of communication.
* Lack of diagnosis.
* All doctors contradicted each other and caused confusion.
* False diagnosis.
Suggested improvements
* Updates on questions asked instead of going missing due to not having answers.
* Un-approachable night staff, with attitude people skills need to be learnt.
* Lack of sympathy.
* If was not left all day with no updates/plan, would not have to keep pressing call duration.
