The surgeon full explained what happened during my operation and checked my progress. He listened to my concerns and has referred me for further tests.

Communication could have been better previously as I had to contact PAL to get this appointment as I had not heard anything for over 4 months.

CNS Charlotte and SR Grant made me feel welcome and relaxed throughout my whole procedure. They were friendly and informative and made something which I was quite worried and scared about, as pleasant as they could.
