When I arrived 7 am after the scan I was told, there is no need to carry out d&c and pill will be fine.
I took half an hour to decide whether I would like to take pill or not. But because of that I was not attend for next 5 hours I was attend nearly at 2 pm having arrived 7 am.
Suggested improvements
Doctor could have came back to me in timely manner after I decided that I will take the pill 5 hours of wait was far too long. When you are almost naked.

Dr. Rajendra was very helpful, explained everything most importantly he really listened to me. In a while I have not received such care doctor, that really works on order to help the patient.
Suggested improvements
Triage ladies needs to go inside the waiting area and call the patients, no one could have her.
- I was mistaken - name - DOB and discharge report was written abdominal it gastrectomy - when I am currently.

The nurses were all very friendly, helpful, kind, compassionate. They listen actively and no matter how busy they are never wave you off. Even very late at night when they come, they are as polite and friendly as ever!

Nurses were well informed of my medical problems and medication.
