Excellent care from all involved
My experience giving birth at Queen's hospital was so positive and unforgettable. It honestly makes me look forward to the next birth.
I was seen quickly. Very polite and friendly
Yes. Explained the procedure and treatment clearly
The Doctors l saw gave me all of the options open to me despite my age being 75 they were very clear and precise about the treatment available to me they were in no rush and told me to think about it, they have ordered a CT scan and will hear my decision at my next appointment. Excellent service throughout .
I’ve only ever been an outpatient in orthopaedics but my 2 grandsons were both born in queens hospital too. Always a found all staff to be polite, cheerful and helpful in every way.
Thank you
I am very old and paraplegic and sometimes staff are deceived by age and appearance
Maybe by some nurses they are not aware of my very high cognitive ability despite my age of 85 years and my education .
Being told, “don’t worry” if I ask a technical medical question implies a judgement of me and I stop asking questions until I encounter a senior doctor or maybe consultant.
I have Ph.D doctor in my own family but am highly competent researcher on my own via Archie Cochrane or American Medical reference library Bethesda with latin from law and Greek from maths and a knowledge of medical history, case law and anatomy and physiology. Very rare for layman disabled by bacterial meningitis before antibiotics.
I was so pleased how I was treated, everyone was so kind and helpful. I am amazed how everyone coped so well. I was never left alone.I was told everything they were doing and I felt I was an individual not a number.
Thank you everyone.
Left a little bewildered after being told I no longer need to be seen. I feel I've been left to get on with life with pain and being unable to walk, drive or work.
Because my whole experience that day was excellent and the treatment received superb. Thank you all so much.
