Everyone without exception has been very caring and compassionate including axillary staff reception etc. all medial staff have been very informative, professional and accommodating.

There is always room for improvement but I am pleased to sat nothing immediately comes to mind.

I have been received by the nurse names Nicola at the A&E very nice undersandng reassuring and caring lady. Mukesh who has made us comfortable in the ward, very kind, caring, Elizabeth very nice and coming with my child making us valuable.

We need more people like these nurses and support workers because a Trip in this hospital is a nightmare. Thank you so much to these people you are appreciated.

The majority of staff encountered was friendly.

There are some members of staff that ned to have communication skills. Also approach, some did not verbally communicate.
