Polite, friendly staff.
Triage seen and explained next steps and although may have to wait to see doctor, know that if who I have brought to A and E for mental health issues - they will assist.

The A/E checking center is way too small if there was a fire it would be chaos for people to escape, there would be many injuries/facilities.
