Overall care was fine except for two bad experiences.
1. Attitude of one midwife when speaking to my partner whilst visiting our baby in NICU.
2. Morning into a room, telling me it was cleaned, but it was not - bins were full and doemstic staff took ages to clean it despite requesting it kindly.
Suggested improvements
Minimize noise from staff especially on niightshifts for women sleeping in the bays.
Domestic staff - not cleaning on a timely manner. Activate of some staff was appalling - no compassion especially midwife Hailey!

We are really blessed that we been taken care by bunch of great doctors and midwifes. The all are extremely very helpful and kind heated. They treated us like a family members. We have blessed to be here.

Friendly staff who have great expertise. Nothing is too big or small for the midwives on swift.
The birthing pool was great. 10/10 care throughout.

Pleased with the service I receive. There are logjams that naturally fall within health situations that mean knowledge is not always available.
Suggested improvements
Given the level of reassurance available I cant think of any way that the services can be radially improved. The staff do their very best.
