Natalia, Lauren, Molly and the team (excluding Haley/Haley) provided near to be perfect care as they were so understanding and proactive explaining each step in detail without being aggregated and with a smile.
Suggested improvements
Haley was very rude to myself and my husband and did not introduce herself before explaining anything ant then when questioned about this, she provided a poor apology almost sarcastic. Natalia, Lauren, Molly and the rest need to get a promo and train Haley how to speak to new parent who have not slept in days.

I give this answers because of good care to me and my baby which is for 5 days in the hospital, midwife in labour ward is very good.

Especially doctors who took good care for my and newborn baby, midwife nurses staff some of them where good. I am happy for the good care. Please doing great works.
